Orders & Payment

All prices are in euros including VAT. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline orders (e.g. if a work is no longer available). Payment is due at checkout via the methods shown.

Shipping

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on handover to the carrier. Any import duties for international orders are your responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal (consumers only)

Private customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us at info@elizamayer.com. Return shipping is at your cost. Exceptions: custom or personalised works, and digital files once download has begun (provided prior consent was given).

Returns & Refunds

If you withdraw, we refund within 14 days of receiving the return. If goods arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will replace or refund.

Intellectual Property

Purchasing a work transfers ownership of the physical object only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with Eliza Mayer. Digital prints are for personal use only — no commercial reproduction or resale.

Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damage on material obligations only. Personal injury liability is always unlimited.

Governing Law

Austrian law applies. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Jurisdiction: Baden, Austria. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
